John 3 vs 7 Jesus said in order to go to heaven you must be born again.

Pray this simple little prayer out loud, "Lord Jesus, I open the door to my heart and receive you into my life. Please forgive me of my sins and save me. Thank you for forgiving my sins, and making me a new creature. Thank you Jesus for coming into my life.

The Bible promises eternal life to all who receive Jesus.
1 John 5:11-13 And the witness is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who has not the Son of God does not have the life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you many know that you have eternal life.

Going To Heaven

We at Jesus Alive are dedicated to going to Heaven, and taking as many people with us as possible. Going to heaven is not as simple as it seems. Many people think that if their good outweighs their bad, when they die they are going to heaven.  This could not be further from the truth.  In the bible we find in Romans 10:9&10 that if we believe in our heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord we are going to heaven.

Men of old made going to Heaven a lifestyle, and therefore it has been passed on from generation to generation.  Abraham was set on going to heaven and he passed this on to the people around him.  Elijah was looking forward to going to Heaven therefore there was no compromise in his lifestyle.  Elisha followed Elijah and wouldn’t lose sight of him for one moment, because he knew he was going to heaven, and he caught sight of going to heaven through him.  King David was going to heaven, and lived a lifestyle that was so close to God that he was called a man after God’s own heart. Jesus Alive Ministries has caught this truth and we are teaching many others that are going to heaven.

The New Testament is full of people that are going to Heaven.  Jesus taught about going to heaven.  He described others who were going to heaven and He left us with a plan for others to follow.  Peter learned from Jesus, and found that going to heaven was a lifestyle, not just a onetime commitment.  Judas thought he was going to heaven but he found out that going to heaven was harder than just tagging along with the crowd.  The remainder of the disciples while they were going to heaven, lived a hard life and all but John died a martyr’s death.  John shared the gospel of Jesus and he Knew that he was going to heaven, but he died in exile on the Isle of Patmos.  Jesus also had friends who were going to Heaven.  Two of the best known were Mary and Martha.  These two ladies caught sight of going to heaven and held on to that faith.  Jesus told the thief on the cross that he was going to heaven, and at the same time He demonstrated a lifestyle that is necessary if we are going to heaven.  It is our goal, while on our way to heaven to show as many people as possible the way to heaven.  If you are on the way to Heaven there is no substitute for a Heavenly lifestyle.  Remember there is no substitute for Heaven, the alternative is Hell, so I strongly recommend that you give some attention to a lifestyle of being on your way to heaven.
