Jesus Alive Ministries now has a Pastoral training school in the Philippines. Pastor Rolando, who is a wonderful Minister for Christ in the Philippines has joined with us to train Christians how to become pastors and how to minister to the people in the villages. Pastor Rolando and his trainees currently have spawned 10 churches and are starting more. The Christians in the Philippines are eager to learn and grow in the Lord.

"Most of the churches can only be reached through hiking. Passing on the grassy, rugged trails. Leaders assigned in these places have not gone to bible college. They only assume leadership of the church through alternative resources because most Pastors who graduate from bible school refuse to be assigned to these type churches. The area is economically deteriorated. In some areas buses are not available and their only means of transportation is Horse or Carabou."

Shown below are some pictures of two shelters that the villagers use for churches.  We have a goal to help provide them with the materials to build 10 churches.  The people need facilities to worship the Lord in and stay out of the different weather conditions.
